It was simply a story in her head. Over her lifetime she had come to believe that in order to be healthy she had to be doing a standard gym work-out. This isn't true, and she knows it because she'd already proven it. She was living proof that what she was doing, the lifestyle she was living, was healthy for her.
So as you are going about following your dreams or creating a change in your life consider this: If you are pushing to do something it may not really be necessary. There really might be a better way that fits you perfectly. The belief it has do be done a certain way might only be in your head.
Action: Listen to yourself when you are talking and double check to see if the things you say are true or if it's really just a story in your head. Be open to possibilities.
