It’s that time of year. The holidays are over, the bills are coming in, the weather is gloomy and you’ve likely given up on some of your New Year’s resolutions. Ugh!
That’s quite a litany of things going wrong in your life, so it might just be time to give up. Yes, I said give up. What if you gave up worrying? What if you gave up beating yourself up over failures? What if you gave up letting outside forces determine your mood?
What would your life be like if you gave up on those thing? How would you feel? What would you do?
We believe that giving up on those things can help you feel better, do more and enjoy your life.
Action:
Pick something to give up on. Give up worrying about finances. Give up negative self talk. Give up hiding.
Lay out a simple, positive plan of action to replace the thing you’ve given up. Follow it and enjoy yourself!
